Audiobooks ~
Premium quality unabridged readings of classics by Sir Arthur Conan
Doyle, H. G. Wells, Jules Verne, H. Ryder Haggard, G. K. Chesterton and many
many more titles are now available. These recordings are on CD in
mp3 format - no more swapping hundreds of cassettes to listen to one
novel!! ( As an example, a conventional audio book on CD stores approximately one
hour of high fidelity audio recording. The unabridged novel
'Frankenstein' requires over eight hours of narration. One mp3 CD or
a set of eight conventional CDs ... ? )

The top half of the book search page leads to our selections of
best selling hard-back and paperback fiction, childrens books and
non-fiction in Decklin's Bookstore. We also offer computer books,
and feature pages including Dragonlance
and Forgotten Realms titles. The
lower half of the page provides search boxes from ABE Books, Barnes &
Noble & W.H.Smith Co. to let you find the new books, old books or deep discounted text
books that you are looking for. Special services that we offer also

Recently added to our Articles and Essays page is a
useful subject index linking to one of the foremost on-line suppliers of
e-books.
Games ~
We admit to playing fantasy role-playing games for
the PC, and we're collecting lots of information for this section of the
site. Those rpg games sometimes have related books, the obvious example being
Dragonlance and Forgotten Realms and we add
those references as well as fan site links as we find them! One
example of the legacy games we feature is The Bard's Tale series,
and by bookmarking us and visiting from time to time you can watch our
Wizardry 8 pages gradually get into shape.
Music ~
Is the food of life ! We like all kinds of music, but
have a soft spot for local live music from the San Francisco Bay Area and there's a
number of pages dedicated to local Bay
Area musicians and their favourite venues. You may also search for
music CDs from several sources and use the additional free search boxes we provide
there to
obtain information from many other regions. If you play and need
equipment you might
like to
visit here - we have many links to our affiliated
stores
for all kinds of musical instruments and other services such as CD
production and our own local recording studio BoLaDe Productions.
Probably the most visited area of the music site is the Music
Memorabilia page, setup with an alphabetical index of over two hundred
of the most popular artists or groups. Click on your favourite
artist and you will see a page that contains links to current releases,
'in print' CDs, rare and unusual CDs and Vinyl, regular posters and rarer
photographs, some autographed and more. If you have a fan site of
any artist listed and link to us, let us know by email using decklin@decklinsdomain.com
and we'll happily consider a link back to you from that artist's page.
The Parlour ~
Not that much of the domain is definable, after all
the internet is a medium that we are still experimenting with  but The Parlour is a bit like home, come in - stay for a while and relax -
read some articles, peruse some poetry, play a game or two or just
take a peek at the cork-board or the fun stuff. If you suffer from
click-itus, check out Decklin's Dozen Dozen, if you have something to sell
have a peek at Decklin's Free Classifieds. Email Decklin if you'd like to contribute
- voluntarily, of course - we're looking for unusual 'wild animal'
photographs, samples of fantasy art, articles, essays and
commentary. All has to be your 'original' work and we have to have
your permission to publish it in writing. If we feel we can use your
work we will be happy to attribute the work to you and put links to your
own site in exchange - but please don't be upset if you offer something
and we decline to post it.
The Emporium ~
Collects our affiliated stores together to provide a
virtual shopping centre.
At present beyond the book stores we've described above, we offer collectibles, computers, cd's,
flowers, games,
groceries, jewellery, posters, software and travel all available from the same site
from over one hundred quality online stores.
The Forums ~
More fun stuff, you can browse our modest bulletin
board (which has links to the official boards for the online rpg Demise:
Rise of the Ku'Tan that we moderate) and / or register and join in the conversation.
Presently we offer an open forum as well as specific forums for games, books and music.
